Open to the public year-round, The Summit Restaurant offers special events and live entertainment throughout the seasons. From late spring through autumn (weather permitting), guests are invited to enjoy outdoor dining at the Tiki Bar, featuring cocktails, frozen drinks, beer and wine, as well as light bites, sandwiches, burgers, salads, pizzas, and more. Live music is regularly featured on the patio during weekends. The restaurant also hosts a wide range of private events in its banquet room, including birthdays, weddings, and other special celebrations.
